Martial Arts White Rock - How to prepare for your class efficiently and respectfully
Hello everyone! Hopefully all our Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts White Rock students, South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen are training hard using our 6 key points we've talked about. This week we are going to discuss:How to prepare for your class efficiently and respectfully. We recommend you come 5 to 10 minutes early for your class. The warm up we do in class is not enough, begin your stretching right away! Then you can kick higher and benefit more from the training in class.Students can also think about what they will be learning in class! Think about your kicking, your punching, your sparring, your rolling will get you mentally prepared for the coming training. We strongly encourage students to come early to stretch more thoroughly and to meditate and get yourself more ready spiritually for your class. What kind of day would we have if we just jumped from one activity to the next, and never really prepared our mind or body? We would just be like zombies running around doing things, but never truly being there in the moment to appreciate what we are doing.Of course, when we come early we must also show good respect by not being loud, or playing around with the equipment!Train Martial Arts White Rock.
