Changs Taekwondo Unity

Hello everyone! We have our summer schedule coming soon, make sure you grab a copy from the office at Chang’s Taekwondo South Surrey, Cloverdale or Tsawwassen! This week we’re back to talking about the key points…StrengthSpeedBreathingWeightFocusLastly, we’re going to discuss unity.Imagine we have strength, but no speed to get your attack there. Imagine you have the speed, you punch so fast but you don’t focus? You’ll miss the target!Changs Taekwondo Martial ArtsIt is definitely not easy to unify all these key points when you train. We ask all students to try their best to think about all these points when they do any Taekwondo motion. Being mindful is very important in Martial Arts. We want students to punch and kick with speed, power, and use their weight and breathing appropriately. By doing so we can generate so much more power than just copying a motion. There is no replacement for training, we will make sure every single Chang’s Taekwondo student tries their best every single class. Only by giving our 100% each day can we improve and become better Martial Artists!
