T-Shirts can now be worn in class - Martial Arts White Rock
Hello everyone. Can you believe how lucky we've been with the weather! It's like being on vacation with Sunshine and temperatures in the 20s all week long. Well it certainly feels like summer, which is why our students at Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen will be happy to know:T-Shirts can now be worn in class! We would just like to elaborate that T-shirts are only allowed because it helps keep our students cooler. By doing so it should enable them to work harder and train longer during the warmer summer days. T-shirts may be worn from May until the end of September. As nice as T-shirts are, they are no substitute for your Taekwondo uniform. Whenever there is a formal event such as a Belt Ceremony, students are expected to wear their full uniform. Also, for the students that are still wearing their uniforms, please refrain from rolling up the sleeves too early in class. We respect that when you get very hot from training you may decide to roll up your sleeves. This is a sign you've been working hard, but we would like students to arrive at the Dojang and begin/end classes with their sleeves rolled down. This is to show proper respect to the Grand Master, Master and your Instructors. We hope everyone gets to go outside more as our weather will only become better!Learn Martial Arts White rockLearn Martial Arts Cloverdale Learn Martial Arts Tsawwassen
