How to train during the Christmas BreakHello everyone! The holidays are just around the corner, hopefully you will all be avoiding the last minute shopping craze! Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen and Aldergrove will all be taking a short break during the holidays. We will be closed on December 24th, and reopen on January 2nd.**Please be aware we have classes this week! We are open December 21st, 22nd, and 23rd!**Changs Taekdonwo Merry ChristmasDuring our break it is important for all our students to continue practicing at home. There are many benefits to practicing at home on a regular basis.* Building good habits will allow you to improve over time.* Your flexibility will increase over time.* Your technical ability will increase over time.* You will find your classes are easier to follow, and you can focus on the details more.* You will be happier and enjoy your Taekwondo classes more.* and many more benefits.We encourage all our students to practice these important parts of their training:* Practice Poomsae* Practice your Board Breaking Kick* Practice your Kicking Combination* Practice your splits!* Practice touching your toesWe are excited to see everyone again when we return in the new year, and when we are all refreshed and ready for what 2016 will bring! It is sure to be a great year with all our students beside us.**During the christmas break, if you accomplish any or all of these objectives, come talk to your Instructor:1.
