Hello everyone! We have a new word of the month

Patience~Waiting without complainingWe wish for all our students from Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen, Aldergrove, and Mission to learn about and train their patience muscles. We show patience in all aspects of our lives; at home, at school, at work, at the grocery store and at Taekwondo! It could be as simple as waiting for your brother to tie his shoes. Or something more complicated like waiting for a co-worker to finish their part of the project. Why is it important to show patience at home? At school? At work? At Taekwondo?RESPECT!When we show our patience with our family members, teachers, co-workers and fellow students on the mats we show our respect. We show that we understand their situation, and that what they’re doing might be difficult or time consuming. We know that at some point or another someone will be waiting for us as well. These days it is especially important to show our patience, as we are asked to remain in our homes. By showing our patience and following our social distancing rules, we can definitely help save lives!“Patience is bitter, but it’s fruit is sweet.” — AristotleLet’s flex our patience muscle this month, and every month after!See you on the ‘virtual mats’ this week, don’t forget to bring your mom on Monday/Tuesday’s class!
