How to refresh yourself for spring blog

Hello everyone! We hope you are having a great long weekend, and a Happy Easter! We have no class on Monday, April 17th due to the holiday.Easter is always an indicator of Spring! Spring is a wonderful time of the year, where we can refresh everything and get ourselves ready for a beautiful summer.All Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts students from South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen and Aldergrove have the opportunity to…Open your closet, and take out all of your clothes!Shake out any clothes that might be dusty.Hang the clothes back up a certain way, then as you use them you can flip them in the closet. So after a while you can see which clothes you are not wearing very often and donate it!Take all your Winter clothes, fold them nicely, and then place them in storage until you need it later on this year.Make sure you keep boots, gloves, scarves and thick sweaters together so you don’t lose them!Take out all your Summer clothes, iron or wash them as required and then put them in your closet.Don’t forget sandals, flip flops, sunglasses, hats, shorts, tank tops and light shoes!Open the windows of your house! Let in some fresh air!Mow the lawn!Plant some flowers!Clean the inside of your carClean your roomGet a haircutChangs Taekwondo Martial Arts White RockDonate unwanted booksClean your shoesGo outside more!
