"How to have a Good Thanksgiving this year." Hello everyone, can you believe it's already Thanksgiving! We want to give our thanks to our students at all Chang's Taekwondo locations in South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen! Thank you for coming to train with us and showing us your love for Taekwondo! This week we'll be sharing with everyone.. How to have a good Thanksgiving As Martial Artists we tend to try and perfect everything we do. Be it schoolwork, physical activities, Taekwondo and so much more. This can be translated into other aspects of our lives, a good example is Thanksgiving. We can use our Discipline (Our powerful word of October) to help our family prepare for a special dinner and just tidy up in general.What's a few things we can do to help our family during a busy Thanksgiving day?-Clean up our room-Help clean up the house for potential guests-Help take care of siblings-Help Cook! :)-There is so much more we can do!Changs Taekwondo Happy ThanksgivingLet's work hard and show our good discipline to make this the best Thanksgiving ever! **Your mission, should you choose to accept it...**

  1. Clean your room before your Thanksgiving Dinner
  2. Help Cook the turkey, ham or whichever type of food your family enjoys!
  3. Think of 5 things you are thankful for this year.

 By completing one or all of the above objectives, come talk to your instructors to receive extra stars!
