How to be the best martial artist we can be
Hello everyone! Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts students from all schools in South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen and Aldergrove are back in school and working hard! We want to help all our students become the best martial artist they can be.During the summer, we wake up late and go to bed later. We don't worry about time or energy and enjoy ourselves. However once the school year begins this cannot continue in a healthy manner!We may be faced with a busy schedule so we need to make sure we do a few things:Go to bed at a reasonable time.Wake up early enough.Do your homework on time.Do your chores on time.Also, September is a notorious month for our students getting sick. We have some tips on how to lower your chances of becoming ill:Wash your hands often.Sleep enough.Eat the right food.Make time for your Taekwondo training!Training is very important in so many ways, make sure all our students are concentrating on being healthy and stress free so we can focus on our Taekwondo class.
