Changs Taekwondo - Self Discipline

Hello everyone! We hope all our families and students are coping well with the Teacher’s strike going on. We know how stressful this time of year is even without a strike!

This week’s focus will be on

Taekwondo

Self Discipline:Doing something that you know needs to be done, without being told.

 

Discipline is very important! Everyone knows that practice makes perfect, but nobody ever tells you how hard practicing can be! Training everyday requires discipline, do I relax during my class, or do I push myself hard! It’s always more impressive to Master Chang and your Instructors, and even your fellow students if you train super hard without being told to first.

We will also be working our way through describing the new Green Stripe Requirements during our blogs. The green stripe is awarded to those who show Respect and Discipline.
