Changs Taekwondo 10th Annual Taekwondo Night is Coming
Hello everyone! Our biggest event of the year is coming fast! Our 10th Annual Taekwondo Night! This year is going to be the biggest so far! With already over 600 people attending it is sure to be a spectacular evening. In an effort to reduce confusion and help you prepare mentally and physically for our event, our blog this week will pertain to:
How to prepare for Taekwondo Night
First off, why do we have Taekwondo Night? Taekwondo Night is a night once a year where we celebrate our training in Taekwondo. We share our hardwork and techniques with friends and family. We need every single student’s support, because every single student is part of our Chang’s Taekwondo family. Let us celebrate all together!
Every student will go up on stage. We will be dividing you into groups according to belt level. However we will be splitting the 4-6 year olds into their own smaller groups for more cutesy exercises. Every belt will be doing their poomsae, kicking combination and board breaking according to their level.
Here are some tips for becoming the star of the show!
-
Practice your poomsae one million times! - The extra effort will definitely show.
-
Practice your Kicking Combination! - We will review them every day in class.
-
Practice your board breaking! - Not only for TKD Night, but for your board breaking as well!
Ask your instructors from both the South Surrey and Cloverdale locations anytime for help with your poomsae, kicking combinations and board breaking.
And don’t forget to get your tickets!!
