Hello everyone! We've been having such beautiful weather these days, and this weekend we hit the 30s for the first time this year! Wow! It's truly summer now, which is why we would like to share some helpful ways to stay hydrated, cool and sunburn free this summer with Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen.Changs Taekwondo SummerWhenever you're going outside it is good to carry a few necessary items:

  1. Water! -- Drinking water helps keep you hydrated and happy. Even if you miss drinking for a little while it can have a huge impact on your energy level!
  2. Sunscreen! -- This is a must! Sunscreen will help you avoid painful burns and keep your skin healthy for many years to come!
  3. Find shade! -- When searching for the perfect picnic spot make sure you find some shade!
  4. Wear sunglasses! -- Did you know squinting too much can give you a headache? Make sure when you go outside you bring your shades!

 If you accomplish any of these objectives you can let us know and receive extra stars for your diligence! As always, if you are prepared and safe while having fun, you can have more fun for longer! We hope you have a safe, healthy and awesome summer this year.
