Welcome Back

Hello everyone! We would like to warmly welcome all students at Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen back to their classes! We hope everyone is well rested and had a good break, but are raring to get back into their training with us.This week we want to stress that it is important to ease back into your Taekwondo training slowly. Don't try to hurt yourself kicking like you did before your 2 week break. We urge all students to stretch more at home as well as coming to class early to stretch. As well as staying a few minutes after classes to stretch as well. This is especially important for our adult students.changs taekwondoAlso, it's very important that everyday we practice our stretching and our Taekwondo at home as well as in your class! Imagine if you didn't do homework, you would have to do so much in your class! It would be very stressful. So therefore we must practice at home so we can improve more in class.This week your mission, should you choose to accept it is:Stretch for 5-10 minutes at home.Practice your Poomsae 5 each day times at home.Show your parents your poomsae.**As always if you complete any or all of these missions you will receive extra stars in your class! Come talk to your Instructors.**
