Weather ChangingHello everyone! We are welcoming Autumn in this week! Our Instructors from Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen, Aldergrove and Mission would like to share with you some tips on how to get ready for the coming weather changes.How to Prepare for fall weather:Drink lots of waterWhen the weather gets more dry, it’s common to feel the effects of dehydration.Apply chapstick and hand lotionWith dry weather comes crackly finger tips and dry lips. Make sure to stay comfortable.Layer upIn the fall season, the weather might start with rain and then end up sunny and hot!Proper footwearEven if it’s warm in the morning, best not to go to school in flip flops! Wear a sturdy shoe that’s good for warm or cold.Also, remember to wash your hands frequently! This is the time of year that many people can get sick. Get enough sleep, eat good food and stay healthy. Autumn White Rock
