Taekwondo Night is but 6 days away

Hello everyone! Our annual Taekwondo Night is but 6 days away.. it is coming very soon! We hope everyone was able to get their tickets, we still have a few tickets left for those last minute buyers. It is sure to be a great night of student demonstration and Demo team celebrations. Our junior and senior professional demonstration teams work all year round for this one special night! It will be special.Although it's been almost two months since we started our New Years resolutions... some of us may have lost our way. Others may not have bothered with a resolution at all. This is all ok, so let's talk about getting into a more meaningful routine.Students from Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen and Aldergrove should eat the same way a martial artist should live. We would like all our students to try to always be:JustAlways doing the right thingCheerfulAlways smiling, this will be contagious! It will help others feel happier as well.EquableAlways being fair, and sharing anything extra we might have with those who may not have.TemperateShowing Self-Control when it comes to everything.OrderlyNeat and Tidy, other friends and students may not like hanging around with us if we are stinking and or too dirty. Our meals also say something about us! We should try to make good choices when we choose what we will eat. Every choice says something about who we are as a person. If we eat good food, it means we want our bodies to be healthy. It also means we are not just about taste, which is only a small part of eating.. just like beauty is only skin deep!Changs Taekwondo Martial ArtsSo when we eat we must always be grateful and thankful, not many people around the world have such good food. We must always eat only what we need, it is not good to eat too much of anything. We must care about where our food comes from, and how it gets to our plate! Remember we either pay the farmer or we pay the doctor later. All our students, please eat well and take care of yourselves!
