Hello everyone! We have our school break coming up starting in just one week! We want to make sure everyone has a fun and safe summer break, while keeping up on their Taekwondo techniques!
How can we stay safe in the sun?
-look for shade!
-wear a hat!
-put on sunscreen!
-drink water!
These are all good tips for staying safe, and your parents will help you out. But how can we stay ready for classes when we resume in August??
-Stretch everyday!
-Practice your Poomsae!
-Practice your Kicking Techniques!
-Practice your Punching stance!
-Practice your Body Defence!
-Practice your Rolling!
If you are not sure what to stretch, simply follow our stretching routine from your class! If you're not sure about your Poomsae, you may look it up on YouTube to practice some
basic motions.

Simply search:
Taekwondo Poomsae ______ (use the number for your level!)
Your instructors will be very excited to see you come August, so make sure you are back in classes the week of August 8th!
Our summer break will run from July 24th to August 8th.
**if you would like extra stars:
1. Tell your instructor your summer plans
2. Tell your instructor how you plan to train during the break
3. Remind your instructor of the dates of the summer break (we might have forgotten!)
