Martial Arts and Staying Healthy

Hello everyone! Two things are sure to happen every september. One, students go back to school and two, that special flu season begins! Therefore this week’s blog is to do with: Staying healthy and strong this flu season. Being a martial artist here at Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts not only helps with physical health and mental discipline..Training Martial arts White Rock or Cloverdale Schools also helps keep students healthy!Martial Arts White Rock, Dont Get Sick - Back to SchoolRespect is everywhere and we must respect everything. Therefore just like we bow to instructors, we must also respect our bodies and the bodies of others. This means eating healthy foods, and avoiding junk food. This will keep you strong and energetic! Also, this means everytime you go outside or shake someone’s hand or use the washroom you wash your hands properly. This will protect both you, and everyone you come into contact with thereafter! Also, if you are sick yourself, you should take care not to spread your cold or flu; this is good respect! Make sure you wash your hands frequently, and when you sneeze make sure you sneeze into your elbow. Not to mention take lots of Vitamin C, drink lots of water and sleep lots!We hope you have a good week, staying strong and healthy while you train with Chang’s Taekwondo Martial arts.Train Martial Arts White Rock SchoolTrain Martial Arts Cloverdale School
