Well the weather lately has officially confirmed that we are now in Autumn mode. It’s good we’re living on the wet west coast! Earlier in September we shared with ourstudents at Chang's Taekwondo martial arts the korean holiday of Choo-Soek, we celebrated it by sharing a korean delicacy known a Song-Pyeon. It is basically sesame seed paste wrapped in a rice cake pastry.We give thanks for many things at thanksgiving. We are thankful for the roof over our head, for the food on our table, for our warm beds at night, for all the excellent things we learn at school, and we are generally thankful for being strong and healthy!“Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more.
