How to have a productive spring break!

Hello everyone! Can you believe it's spring break already? We hope everyone enjoys their break, and if they are travelling abroad we hope they stay safe and have a good trip. This week we will be helping you learn:How to have a productive spring break! All students at Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen know that they improve throughout their years of training because of constant practice. Our Taekwondo students practice twice a week with our qualified Instructors and at home by themselves. Therefore we would like all our students to take extra time during their spring break to practice their stretching, poomsae, kicking combination, etc. We would hate for everyone to lose valuable training time, and forget the lessons you worked so hard to learn.changs taekwondo springThis doesn't mean you can't enjoy your time off! Chang's Taekwondo Martial Arts suggests for all its students at the South Surrey, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen locations that they reserve even 5 to 10 minutes at a time to train their techniques. For example, I will spend an hour playing followed by 10 minutes of Taekwondo. Afterwards another hour, and follow it up with 10 minutes of Taekwondo! It doesn't even have to be boring or hard.. Practice your poomsae fast, slow, with your eyes closed, upside down, backwards.. Have fun with it, Taekwondo is enjoyable training. Something we all love together as Martial Artists. So have a great, productive spring break and we look forward to seeing some of our students at the super fun Chang's Taekwondo Spring Camp! This will be the first year we have our Anti-Bullying seminar, filled with many tips and useful information, followed up with practical techniques and practice about how to deal with a bully. Please don't forget to bring you own lunch, your uniform and a change of clothes for our field trips.
