Hello everyone! We had our belt promotion ceremonies at Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts in South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen, Aldergrove, and Mission. Everyone worked hard and received their new belts!The ceremonies looked a little different than the usual...Parents were watching from outside!The restrictions in place are to protect everyone involved, even if they may be less than ideal—the reasoning is sound.We don’t wear masks because we are afraid of one another.We wear masks to protect one another.We don’t socially distance because we fear what others may have.We socially distance to safeguard what we all share.Let’s have courage and show our children our indomitable spirit.“Nothing can stop me from training!”See you on the mats—we’re privileged to be on them!
