Chang's Taekwondo Work of The Week Positive Attitude

Hello everyone! The weather has been getting more and more sunny, this means Spring is just around the corner! Looking towards things that make you happy (like summer) and not letting the cold weather or anything else in your life helps you maintain a:

Positive Attitude

Changs Taekwondo Positive Attitude

“If you say you can, or can’t you are right either way.” - Henry Ford

A positive attitude for a martial artist is essential, as each day you must train hard to achieve your goal. This translates to all parts of a martial artist’s life, including training for Blackbelt, achieving an A on a test, etc. Without a positive attitude, can we keep interested and focused on our goal? No!

A positive attitude means you already know there will be bad days, but continue to think about how happy something makes, or will make you and keep going. Having a positive attitude makes it easy to never give up.

Remember, if you ever have trouble keeping a positive attitude, with anything, Master Chang and all your instructors are here to help every day.

Always tell yourself: “I CAN DO IT!”
