Changs Taekwondo Summer Break

Hello everyone!

We hope you are enjoying your Chang’s Taekwondo break so far! We are in the midst of cleaning/refreshing our school for everyone’s benefit starting August 5th. This week we would like to talk to all our Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts students about:

How to have a happy and healthy summer break.

Changs Taekwondo Summer Break

The first and foremost thing we want our students to keep in mind is to be outdoors as much as possible! If you have the choice between watching a movie or playing basketball, you go play basketball! We only get very nice and warm weather a couple months of the year so take full advantage of it!

We would also like to encourage our students to practice their skills! The only way to improve is to practice, practice and practice some more! Therefore our break should be the perfect way to practice on your own time, and at your own pace. Persistence is the word of the month and we would like our students to persist in their training outside of our dojang.

Lastly, we would like to remind our students that it is summer, and we should all drink lots of water, put on lots of sunscreen and generally try to stay as healthy, strong and happy as possible!
