Hello everyone! It’s now back to school for most of our youth in the BC! We’d like to encourage all students to enter their new school year with confidence. Trying out new sports, new activities, new clubs, and most importantly meeting new people.Along with all the positives of a new school year, comes the inevitable september running noses, sore throats and coughs! Today we’ll talk about:How to stay healthy and strong in the new school year.Wash your hands frequentlyGo to bed early enough to have a good sleepCough/sneeze into your elbow instead of your handIf you are very sick, stay home and get yourself better!Eat good healthy food to stay healthy and have energy!Above of all be sure to have a healthy attitude! Think positive and never give up!
