Hello everyone! Can you believe it’s almost December already! The year 2015 is flying by! We would like to remind all our Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts students from South Surrey, Cloverdale, Tsawwassen and Aldergrove to work extra hard on their 2015 Taekwondo resolution.As you’ll recall from March of this year, we sent out a form asking each students to pick a certain aspect of their training (such as pushups, sit-ups, doing the splits, holding a kick for a long time, skipping rope for a certain amount of time, etc). The deadline for accomplishing your goal is at hand! In less than 31 days we hope all our students accomplished their goals.Maybe you did not set a goal for this year? Well this is how you can set a goal for the month of december, and channel that energy and enthusiasm into the new year; 2016.* Pick something you are not very strong with, it can be physical or otherwise.* Set a time each day you will practice.* Set a Date by which you will accomplish your goal.* Set a Reward for when you accomplish your goal.changs taekwondoThe more effort you put into planning your goal success journey, the easier and more fun it will be accomplishing it!
